Thursday 11th August - commute

I like the sunshine but I'm not a great fan of the heat. Its fine for holidays and relaxing but not so good when I'm working. Cycling in the early morning and evening misses the hottest part of the day and I appreciate that. 

I'm not alone out cycling early. There's Coastkid  making his way along the sands of Belhaven.

A tough day at work but the pedal home allowed me to clear my head a bit. I've got an awful lot to try and get through tomorrow. If I manage to get on top of things, I'm going to treat myself to and extended journey home. 

I also got around to replacing that missing spoke this evening.
