Thursday 14th July - commute.

 I had a pneumococcal vaccine yesterday and did not sleep much last night. I have an aching shoulder with restricted movement and a bit of a temperature. I thought I might use the car today but decided against it, thinking I'd probably feel better for the fresh air. 

Then I got a puncture. I put a spare tube in from the seat pack and soon got on my way. My little hand pump put enough air in the tyre to make it to work where I was able to use the track pump in the bike shed to get a bit of decent pressure. 

I took a slight detour on my way home through East Linton. Just for a change. 

Commuting total 247 miles.
