Wednesday 21st June - commute.

 Back in long sleeves this morning as it was a bit cooler with a westerly breeze. I sat behind two other cyclists on my way to work, one was an older fellow who stopped to let us pass, the other was younger than me who was on a decent road bike and had calfs like hams. He was holding a reasonable speed in the wind despite appearing to be grinding away on the inclines. I just kept to around 80rpm and caught him on the ups and lost him on the downs. He eventually turned off.

 

The dump road was quiet this evening, so I stopped at a bench and took in the view.
