Tuesday 6th June - commute.

 It was cloudy again this morning, but very still and a warm. I passed by a couple cyclists, although none were heading my way. 

By afternoon the cloud had cleared but the easterly wind had picked up. Even car drivers at work noticed it was windy. I stuck with my masochistic preference for eco mode and enjoyed the ride. 

Down at Belhaven bay the cygnets have hatched and the swans were proudly swimming. I think they were hatching on Thursday or Friday last week as the cob was being very territorial and dog walkers were having to watch out. 

Commuting total 1336 miles.

I've just noticed that today's commute puts my overall millage, since I started this nonsense last July, at just over 3000 miles. I'm chuffed.
