28th May - Cockburnspath Haddington etc

I went out for a pedal on the road bike with a 500ml bidon of water and a banana. I had a bit of time to myself today so thought I'd go a bit further. Ended up doing a metric and feeling a bit achey now. 

I stopped at shops for jelly babies. 

Average moving speed of 19.2mph. 5 hours cycling. And another hour of nosing about and sitting in the sun.
