Tuesday 6th September - commute.

 This morning was a case of waterproofs on, waterproofs off. It was mild and just a bit too warm for a waterproof jacket and trousers, but also too wet not to. I eventually compromised with just the jacket. 

This evening was a different matter with absolutely torrential rain and flooded roads. I hung around in the bike shelter hoping the rain might relent, but eventually had to accept it wasn't going to stop soon, and get on with the journey. 

It wasn't really that bad.
