Monday 12th September - commute.

 I took the car to work on Friday. It worked out better in the evening and I didn't feel guilty about missing a cycle. I also didn't get another soaking as the rain continued.

Fortunately this morning it was drier but the wind had got up during the night.  Nothing else for it, but get the head down and push the pedals. 

The extra baggage was from taking work home on Friday. Easy done in the car but a different matter loading up on Monday morning. 

Commuting total 1042.1 miles.
