Tuesday 12th July - commute.

 Blustery winds from the west this morning which made for a harder cycle but thankfully also dropped the temperature a little. I used a lot of 'normal' pedal assist, rather than 'eco', but that's ok. 

I haven't altered the saturation in this photo of the river, it really was this green. 

From the climb up Pencraig, and for the next 5 miles I managed to get into a regular cadence, my mind drifted, and the miles flew by. Its some time since I managed to relax like this. 

The cycle home was hot with very little breeze.
