Monday 25th July - commute.

 This morning's commute would have been a hard cycle without the pedal assist. Even with it's help I needed to push hard into the wind. But hopefully that same wind would keep the rain clouds moving. 

It started off quite bright but by the seven mile mark the clouds were gathering. 

Fourtunately I made it into work without getting wet. 

On the way home I wasn't so lucky. I was wearing my usual windproof and hoped it would just be a shower but as the rain seeped through, I ducked into an underpass to put my waterproof jacket on. 

Predictably, less than a mile later and I had stopped to take my jacket off. Quite a change from the baking temperatures last Monday.
